Designed the first AI-powered competitive intelligence battlecard platform across two phases — MVP validation (2015-2016) and full product launch (2018+) that scaled to $25M+ ARR and an $8M Fortune 100 customer.

Lead Product Designer across all platforms: desktop web app, mobile app, Chrome extension, and Salesforce (SFDC) app integration.

Context & Problem
- Klue was a Vancouver-based startup tackling the $2B competitive intelligence market where sales teams struggled with scattered, outdated competitor information
- Sales reps were losing deals because they couldn't quickly access actionable competitive insights during customer conversations — manual research was too slow and inconsistent
Goal & Strategy
- Create the first AI-powered battlecard platform where AI brings in fresh, relevant data while UX focuses on surfacing the best insights and enabling Curators to create trustworthy competitor intelligence
- Design for rapid iteration with weekly user feedback loops to validate both AI data accuracy and curator workflow efficiency before scaling
- Build interfaces that allow Curators to create and maintain competitor boards and battlecards, distributed to sales teams with confidence in latest, on-brand information
